Delivery Information

We ship from Monday to Friday and we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Our standard shipping option in Australia is sent out via Australia Post, to anywhere they deliver in Australia - see delivery times below.

Orders within Victoria;
Metro - up to 5 business days
Country - up to 10 business days

Orders outside of Victoria:
Metro - up to 3 - 6 business days, depending destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

*Express shipping orders received before 12pm will be fulfilled the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.

*For orders sent with Express shipping, Australia Posts next day delivery guarantee covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your gift is being sent to an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their next day delivery guarantee.

For urgent orders that require next-day delivery, please select 'Express Shipping' at the checkout. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any missing parcels or delays in delivery. 

 

Can you deliver on a specific day?

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as we are reliant on third party, however if you email us at hello@jadoregifts.com.au with your order number and the date you’d like it to arrive on, we will do our best to accommodate. Alternatively, we can add a cute “Do not open Until _____” sticker on the box. Just include a note at check out.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in Australia that Australia Post delivers to.

International shipping will be on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Just email us at hello@jadoregifts.com.au.

Please note that our free shipping codes only apply to orders within Australia.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $75. If you’re ordering under $75, standard shipping is $10 and Express shipping is $15.

 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you’ve made a mistake or need to change the address, quickly contact us at hello@jadoregifts.com.au and we’ll see what we can do. Please note if your order has already been dispatched it is no longer our responsibility, but we can do our best to help fix the mistake. Alternatively, please contact Australia Post to have your gift re-directed, however, this may attract delays in delivery.

 

What if I want to have multiple orders, but to different addresses?

I need to ship multiple gifts to different addresses, but I don’t want to create multiple orders. Email us at hello@jadoregifts.com.au and we will work something out. No request is too difficult.

 

Special instructions!

The more information you can provide about the delivery location, the smoother the delivery process becomes and the less chance of re-delivery fees being incurred. 

Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether the gift should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.

Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible. Once the gift has been delivered to the hospital concierge or front desk we cannot be held responsible for the gift getting to the patient. If the patient has been discharged the gift will be returned to J’adore Gifts office and a re-delivery fee will apply. 

Residential Address: Please ensure that our drivers will be able to gain access to the property. If the address is within a secure building please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the gift can be left. If our drivers cannot leave the gift in a safe location they will be returned to J’adore Gifts and a re-delivery fee will apply.
